The wedding garter toss is a fun part of the wedding reception. I bought 2 wedding garters so I could toss one at the reception and keep one forever as a keepsake. Who knows if I have a daughter, perhaps she will want to wear it “as something old” wouldn’t that be sweet thing to do? I really like the looks of the wedding garter belt but I’m not sure how comfortable it will be. I could try it out ahead of time. What a hoot that would be… I could wear both a belt and wedding bridal garter. Yep, that’s what I am going to do. Now it’s off the find some awesome wedding favors that have an original look. I want something that is unique.

Monday, December 8th, 2008Okay so I wait until the last minute on everything I do. Yes, I still need to buy the flower girl giftsand I am getting married in less than 3 weeks. Oh dear…… Sister to the rescue. I told my sister that I totally forgot about buying these gifts and asked her if she would help me by shopping for them. As I thought, she said “no problem!” My sister has awesome taste so I gave her shopping freedom on a budget. Does that go together? Tee Hee… She came back with the cutest girl ring bearer gifts. She bought personalized flower girl gifts, and ring bearer gifts. I feel very good about everything she came home with and I even received change back. Now that is awesome. So the only thing left to do is buy the wedding favors. Do you think I still like to wait until the minute?

I want to decorate with the wedding bell theme everywhere you look, in all different sizes. It will look so nice and it will make the pictures taken look really nice too. If I use a silver wedding bell, then the color will match my wedding colors. How cool is that? This coming Saturday, all my bridesmaids are coming over to help with the wedding favors. It’s all good!
